IT Application Support Specialist

Join us and you will:
• Create and monitor change request/ business requests for local and corporate applications
• Provide support and ensure user acceptance tests for ERP / checkout systems
• Identify and solve the technical or functional errors (incl. by addressing them to service providers)
• Create a full suite of requirements, business, technical and non-functional together with all stakeholders (. business or external service providers)
• Ensure Business – IT alignment across projects

• Ability to understand and prioritize the needs of the customer and to use simplicity in complex projects
• Ability to understand business processes and connect them to IT Systems logic
• Experience in supporting ERP applications
• Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL – PL/SQL
• Degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification
• Experience working with Oracle/MS SQL System (or large databases) will be a plus
• Proficiency in English
